At Shifox Corporation, Inc. d/b/a Alopex (“Alopex” or “we”, “us”) your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to protecting it.  Accordingly, we have created a website privacy policy (“Website Privacy Policy”) that describes (i) the type of information that we may collect on our website, alopexcare.com (the “Website”) or that you may provide when you use our Website, (ii) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining and disclosing that information, and (iii) how you can change or delete your personal information

This Website Privacy Policy is not our privacy policy for the personal information collected and used in connection with your use of the products and services offered on this Website such as the ShiFox platform or the Alopex care coordination services.

    We collect such personal information on our Website when you, for example, sign up to receive information from Alopex, schedule a consultation or demo, sign up for a newsletter or login to the ShiFox portal.

    As further described below, this information is used to analyze overall trends, ensure proper functioning and security of the Website and help us improve our Website for you.

Chats

We use a chat feature to assist you with learning more about Alopex.  If a representative is not available, or we are offline, we will collect your name and email address so that we may reply to your request.  You may fill out our contact form to be contacted at a later date by one of our representatives.

Blogs

Our Website may offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums.  You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected and used by others who access them.

Social Media Features

Our Website includes social media features, such as a Facebook “like” button and Twitter “follow” button.  These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Website and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly.  Any collection of information by such social media services is not within the control of Alopex but governed by the services’ respective privacy policies.

We may employ clear GIFs to help us better manage content on our Website by informing us what content and communications are effective.  We do not tie any information gathered by clear GIFs to your personal information.

Do Not Track Disclosure:

If personal information you have provided us through the Website is subject to a security breach and contact information is associated with such compromised personal information, Alopex will notify you of any such security breach as required by and in accordance with applicable law.
